(RALEIGH, N.C.)—The North Carolina division of award-winning national private home builder Ashton Woods, is proud to announce the addition of Andrew Rouzer as their new Vice President of Land Acquisition. Rouzer will oversee Ashton Woods’ efforts to research and acquire new land opportunities, further growing the Division’s presence across the Triangle.

Prior to joining Ashton Woods, Rouzer spent the last two and half years as the Director of Land Acquisition for Meritage Homes’ Charlotte Division. Prior to Meritage Homes, he spent four years as the Director of Land Acquisition for Essex Homes of Charlotte. Rouzer was the first local hire for both of his previous employers and he was instrumental in the development of both companies’ divisional offices. Prior to Essex Homes, Rouzer worked at Wachovia Securities, Inc. as an Investment Banking Financial Analyst for three years. Rouzer graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in business administration.
